Let's face it, nobody likes cleaning their rangehood filters. All the oil and grime builds up within the tiny gaps in the filter, making it a difficult job for most cleaning products. Not so with Grease Stripper, which has been designed to tackle the hardest cleaning jobs. Cleaning your rangehood filter is simple and here are 5 easy steps to follow that will leave them looking good as new.
Steps to clean your rangehood filter
- Remove the fan filter from the rangehood fan. You can also remove any light covers, knobs, etc. that need to be cleaned.
- Fill a bucket with enough hot or boiling water to cover the filter when placed inside.
- Pour the required amount of Richard’s Original Grease Stripper powder into the bucket and mix it with hot water.
- Using rubber gloves, place the rangehood filter in the bucket with the mixture. Let it soak for the recommended amount of time.
- Rinse and dry all cleaned surfaces, and replace the rangehood fan filters and parts.
